PDO threads offer a minimally-invasive method of lifting and tightening the skin whilst sculpting the body and customisable to your treatment goals. Our expert doctor will tailor a selection of medical-grade threads (or sutures) suited to your desired results, which are carefully inserted then tightened in a pulling up motion. The presence of these dissolvable sutures in your skin triggers cells in your body called fibroblasts to produce more collagen, which gives skin its elasticity and thus produces immediate lifting and contouring effects.

PDO threads are a type of non-surgical cosmetic treatment used for skin tightening and lifting. They are thin, biodegradable threads that are inserted into the skin to stimulate collagen production and create a lifting effect.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The PDO threads are carefully inserted into the skin using a fine needle or cannula. The threads are typically inserted in a specific pattern or direction to create a lifting effect in the targeted area. Once the threads are in place, they can be gently pulled or lifted to stimulate the production of collagen. This helps to tighten and lift the skin, improving the appearance of sagging or loose skin.
PDO threads provide an immediate lifting effect, and the results continue to improve over time as collagen production is stimulated. The threads gradually dissolve over several months, but the newly produced collagen helps to maintain the lifting effect for a longer duration.
