TruSculpt® provides a non-invasive fat reduction treatment, body contouring, and fat cell reduction solution. TruSculpt ID is a non-invasive fat reduction treatment and body contouring treatment that uses radio-frequency (RF) technology to reduce stubborn pockets of fat and sculpt the body.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The TruSculpt ID device is applied to the skin and emits monopolar radio frequency (RF) energy into the underlying tissues.
The RF energy heats the fat cells in the targeted treatment area, causing them to undergo a process called apoptosis. The RF energy also heats the surrounding tissues, which can help to tighten the skin and stimulate collagen production.
During the treatment, the temperature of the skin and underlying tissues is monitored to ensure that it reaches and maintains the optimal temperature for fat cell destruction, while also ensuring patient safety.
