Ear Correction
External ear surgery (Otoplasty) is a surgical solution that can restore confidence in people who may feel self-conscious or concerned about their ears because of their size or how they protrude. In this procedure, the surgeon will make a small incision behind the ear through which the cartilage will be corrected to achieve the desired shape.

About
External Ear surgery, also known as otoplasty or ear pinning, is a surgical procedure that is performed to alter the appearance of the external ears. It is commonly done to correct protruding or asymmetrical ears, resize large ears, or reshape misshapen ears.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The surgeon makes incisions on the back surface of the ear or within the natural creases of the ear to minimise scarring. The type and length of incisions may vary depending on the specific modifications needed and the surgeon's approach.
The surgeon then reshapes the ear cartilage to achieve the desired changes. This may involve removing excess cartilage, suturing and reshaping the cartilage, or scoring the cartilage to weaken its shape and allow for reshaping.
After the cartilage has been reshaped and the ears have been repositioned, the surgeon closes the incisions using sutures or other methods. These closures are typically done with great care to ensure a natural-looking result and minimise scarring.
