Fraxel® Body
Fraxel® is a safe and effective skin resurfacing treatment designed for powerful skin rejuvenation by targeting sun damaged skin, unwanted pigmentation, signs of ageing and any textural or scarring issues. As a non-ablative laser treatment, the laser works by heating up the underlying layer of the skin tissue encouraging the production of new collagen, without harming the surface of the skin. Fraxel® can be used on any part of the face or body where sun exposure has caused damage, and after just one treatment your skin will look and feel smoother and more even-toned, with fine lines and wrinkles visibly softened. This treatment is often used in combination with Mesotherapy and Hyaluronic Acid, vitamins and PRP treatments.

Fraxel® is a type of fractional laser skin resurfacing treatment that uses laser energy to rejuvenate the skin. It works by creating tiny microthermal zones of controlled damage in the skin, which triggers the body's natural healing response and promotes the production of new collagen and elastin, resulting in improved skin texture, tone, and appearance.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Fraxel® laser device is applied to the skin, and the laser energy is delivered in a pattern of small, closely spaced microthermal zones. The laser energy creates controlled damage in the skin, stimulating the body's natural healing response and promoting the production of new collagen and elastin.
Fraxel® uses fractional technology, which means that only a fraction of the skin is treated at a time. This allows for faster healing and reduces the risk of complications compared to traditional laser resurfacing techniques that treat the entire skin surface.
The intensity, depth, and density of the Fraxel® treatment can be customised based on the individual's skin type, concerns, and treatment goals. The practitioner can adjust the settings of the laser device to control the depth of the microthermal zones and the amount of energy delivered to the skin.
