Surgical Brow Lift
A Brow Lift is an effective surgical procedure to relieve concerns about a low, sagging brow or brow asymmetry. As the treatment is confined to a focused area of the face, it can be done alone or alongside other facial procedures to achieve the face structure you would like. Our experienced plastic surgeon will lift the tissues in your forehead and anchor them in place with sutures to fix your brow(s) to the desired position and shape. A one night stay in hospital is required.

A brow lift, also known as a forehead lift or browplasty, is a cosmetic surgical procedure designed to elevate and rejuvenate the eyebrows and forehead area. It can help address signs of aging, such as sagging eyebrows, forehead wrinkles, and frown lines.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The surgeon makes incisions in discreet locations, typically within the hairline, either along the top of the scalp or at the hairline near the temples. The specific incision pattern may vary depending on the surgical technique used and the individual patient's anatomy and desired results.
The surgeon lifts the skin and underlying tissues of the forehead to access the underlying muscles and fat. The extent of tissue dissection depends on the surgical technique used, which may include open or endoscopic approaches.
The surgeon may reposition and tighten the underlying muscles and tissues to elevate the eyebrows and smooth out forehead wrinkles. This can help to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
Once the underlying tissues have been repositioned, the surgeon may remove any excess skin that may contribute to a sagging or aged appearance. This can help to create a smoother, tighter, and more rejuvenated look.
The remaining skin is carefully repositioned over the newly contoured underlying tissues to achieve a natural-looking result. Excess skin is trimmed, and the incisions are closed with sutures or other types of closures.
