Fat Trilogy Facial Rejuvenation
Our Fat Trilogy procedure promotes a more youthful appearance by replacing lost volume and improving contours in the face with fat taken from other areas of your own body (or under the chin).
To ensure a holistic and natural-looking result is achieved, following special preparations the extracted fat is re-injected in three precisely integrated stages: First, to replace lost volume in the skin, producing a subtle plumping effect similar to (but lasting longer than) hyaluronic acid injections.
Second, the fat is used as a skin 'fertiliser' with a special cannula to spread evenly under the surface of the whole facial area. Third, through mesotherapy we targets the lower layer of your skin with stroma vascular fraction (SVF) derived from your fat, to produce an injectable fluid rich in mesenchymal stem cells that regenerate the skin.
This SVF contains a lot of regenerating factors in high concentration.

About
Fat trilogy is a signature treatment of Galen created by Dr A, that involves transferring fat and regenerating factors in high concentration in order to achieve the optimum natural facial rejuvenation.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The fat is initially harvested from a donor site in the patient's body This is typically an area with excess fat, such as the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks. Liposuction is commonly used to harvest the fat, and it is performed using a cannula, which is a thin tube that is inserted through small incisions in the skin to remove the fat cells.
Once the fat is harvested, it is processed to separate the fat cells from other substances, such as blood, oil, and connective tissue. The processed fat is then purified to obtain a concentrated fat graft that is ready for transplantation.
The fat is then carefully injected into the areas where augmentation is required.
Following this a further process of the fat takes place in order to produce the "nano graft", an homogeneous liquid which is then injected under the skin as a fertiliser. Lastly we inject using mesotherapy the SVF mesenchymal stem cells divided from the aspirated fat through a special process.
